SCAFFOLDING WORKS (BS 1139)
Design, supply, erect, adapt and dismantle scaffolding for vessels, towers, equipment, tanks, pipe rack, and anything else upon Client’s request. Only the BRITISH STANDARD (BS 1139) scaffold materials are provided with the code of practice BS 5973; Light Duty to Medium Duty with Load Rating of 1.5 to 2.0 kN/m2 & shall be fitted with ladder accesses, handrails, toe boards and boarding as per British scaffold standards.
FALSEWORK & SHORING
Since August 2024, LINSUN has introduced its very own Falsework & Shoring system, called the “LINSUN Shoring System.” This initiative is designed to assist the construction industry by offering full supply and installation services, along with complete professional engineering design.
THERMAL INSULATION
(HOT & COLD)
Scope of work covers piping, equipment, vessel / drum, column / towers, storage tank, steam boilers and ducting. Range of insulation materials supplied are rock wool / mineral wool, calcium silicate, foam glass, polyurethane, metal sheets, insulation accessories, mastic and many more.
REFRACTORY & CERAMIC LINING
Castable lining includes insulating, lightweight, medium and dense material. This includes brick lining, floor and partition walls. Ceramic linings are the replacement of cast lining in the new technology of refractory lining, to protect the underlying material, often steel, from damage and wear caused by the materials being processed or transported.
FIREPROOFING
Concrete lining of equipment, skirt and saddle. This includes steel structure for special requirements applications like spray tire & ready-mix concrete type.
UNDERGROUND PIPE PROTECTION
Conventional pipe wrapping works such as hot & cold, den so tapes, bitumen wrapping and complete with holiday detention test.

LABOUR SUPPLY
Provides wide range of manpower force such as skilled, semi-skilled and general workers for pipe fitters, insulator, tinsmith, welder, cable pulling, roller painters, electricians, scaffolders and many more, that makes each activity professionally successful.
